Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 7pm, with the last digital tour leaving at 5.15pm. Visitors are asked to leave the exhibition rooms 15 minutes before the site closes.

Due to a technical problem, the Joan of Arc Historial is closed until 12.7.2024 .We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Closed on Mondays, 25 December, 1 January and 1 May.

The Historial Jeanne d’Arc is located in the heart of the medieval district of Rouen, not far from the famous Gros-Horloge and Notre-Dame Cathedral. You can access the Archbishopric (entrance rue Saint Romain) by different means:

  • By train, Rouen right bank SNCF station (1 hour 10 minutes from Paris St Lazare)
  • By metro, Théâtre des arts station By bus, TEOR stop: Cathedral
  • By car, paid parking lots nearby in the city center
  • By bus, drop-off parking Place de la Halle aux Toiles, Place Martin Luther King and Place de l’Hôtel de Ville. Free parking lots for tourist coaches on Quai Émile Duchemin and Place Carnot (access map available for download on this page)
  • By bike, Cy’clic stations:
